Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that includes art making and creativity as a way to express and process emotions, thoughts, and experiences. It combines the therapeutic process with the creative process, allowing you to explore your feelings through creative means. This type of therapy can help you gain insights into your emotions, reduce stress, improve self-esteem, and promote healing by providing a non-verbal outlet for expression.
